  1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from Monoklang (Karvmärren) to consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.

  1. CONTRACTING PARTIES

  1. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The presentation of the products on http://www.karvmarren.com does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely an invitation to place an order.

By paying us the first invoice of the pre-order, you submit a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. This pre-order payment WILL NOT REFUNDABLE if you later choose to withdraw and return the product.

Your purchase agreement is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person who places the order for purposes that are neither related to your commercial nor your self-employed professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.

If you, as a consumer, exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the regular costs of return shipping.

The following regulations apply to the right of withdrawal:

4.1 Instructions on Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) to John Rönnerblad, Karinsgatan 16, 21459 Malmö, Sweden, email: info@karvmarren.com. We will send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g., by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

… 4.2 Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments (except the pre-order payment and import taxes) received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

  1. PRICES & TAX

The prices quoted for customers in EU member states include statutory VAT and all other price components. The prices quoted for customers outside the EU member states do not include VAT.

  1. SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY

Shipping costs may apply in addition to the item prices. These costs will be clearly displayed on your order confirmation.

  1. PAYMENT

Consumers will pay through bank transfer.

  1. RETENTION OF TITLE

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
